Primary Purpose:
The TM Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Performance Management, and Compensation programming at Uplift Education. These duties will include championing best practice TM Systems processes. Serving as the point-of-contact for TM platform management (internally and externally), ensuring data integrity, testing of system interfaces, and report writing.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintains internal database and provides subject matter expertise for Talent Management systems.
Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
Ensures data integrity by auditing reports and comparing data across Talent Management applications.
Prepares reports for data requests from internal and external stakeholders.
Provides technical support for Talent Management processes, including, but not limited to, benefits, performance management, compensation, time-off, user access, and other inquiries.
Writes and maintains user procedure guidelines and documentation for all Talent Management systems and processes.
Maintains day-to-day relationships with third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement ongoing platform enhancements.
Processes Stipend and iHelp tickets.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and/or Certification(s)
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred with a major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. May substitute equivalent and appropriate experience for the B.A. degree preference.
Experience Requirements: One year of relevant Human Resources experience required.
Special Skills/Certifications: PHR or SHRM-CP is a preferred

Communication Skills:
Must be well organized with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, both oral & written.
Must be service-oriented and thrive in a team environment.
Bilingual Skills: Spanish bilingual is a plus
Technology:
Knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems, experience with Workday preferred.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and Excel
Ability to learn and use other software as necessary.
Other:
Demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer service.
Strong analytical and data validation skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Work Environment: The environment requires close proximity to other employees, frequent interruptions, and extended periods of time viewing a computer screen, and noise levels from moderate to high. There may be activity from other employees and students of a distracting nature. The role will require occasional travel to school sites and other locations; a current driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Starting Salary: $22.00/hr
