We’re looking for a new Warehouse Administrator on a 6-months Fixed Term Contract to support the Team Leaders on the Night Shift on a temporary. This will be a great opportunity to advance your skills further within our busy DC operation. A DAY IN THE LIFE Collaborate with the Team Leader to ensure daily operational tasks within your area of control are successfully completed.Adhere to all health and safety procedures related to DC (Distribution Centre) operations.Efficiently, accurately, and promptly pick orders.Strive for a "perfect order" outcome to consistently meet customer expectations.Coordinate pick waiting times to minimize disruptions to the picking process.Liaise closely with inbound and outbound loading teams to maintain the operational schedule.Demonstrate a commitment to developing leadership skills through on-the-job learning and training. WHO HAVE Computer proficiency and experience with computer systems is preferred.A strong understanding of warehouse picking and quality control processes.High level of awareness and adherence to health and safety standards.Highly self-motivated with the ability to work effectively without constant supervision.Exceptional attention to detail, capable of working quickly and accurately to meet deadlines and targets.A flexible approach to work tasks and working hours to meet the needs of the business (including the willingness to work overtime as required)A strong commitment to quality and safety, alongside a clear understanding of customer requirements.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
