Heritage Manor is hiring a full time maintenance worker to work in our 5 star nursing home. The Maintenance position has overall responsibility for ensuring the building is maintained in excellent condition, both inside and out, and is fully functional. All maintenance responsibilities will be conducted in a manner which is consistent with the mission of Heritage Manor including respecting the religious laws of Judaism in the facility.

Requirements

Candidate must be mature, able to read and write English, and be able to communicate with residents and personnel. Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position. Must be able to remain calm under stress and emergency situations. Must have some mechanical, repair, and maintenance knowledge. Overtime occasionally required. Daytime hours.
