Creative Services Director - Remote. Candidates residing in Washington, Oregon or California are encouraged to apply.
The Creative Services Director is accountable for defining and leading the creative strategy and development process in support of MDeX. Responsibilities include overseeing and managing a team of internal and external contributors across design, copy, content, production disciplines as well as collaborating with external creative service agencies, media, and production partners to achieve a consistent system-wide image and expression for Providence and our family of brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the health care industry. They will also have a proven track record of creating and managing creative campaigns that are both effective and memorable.
The position reports to the Executive Director Brand Expression. The position establishes and maintains positive working relationships with employees / business units at various organizational levels within Providence, with external vendors and contractors, as appropriate. As such, this role requires a strategic mindset, outstanding leadership skills, high levels of diplomacy, and innovative approaches.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 or more years Progressive business experience in marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience marketing clinical services lines and/or health insurance products.
- Direct experience in consumer packaged goods.
- Prior experience in the Health Care industry
