The Closing Team Lead is responsible for monitoring and tracking all closing processes. Able to run quires and maintain reports. Support the trainers, including keeping up with the training material. Assist the supervisors with additional projects/task.

This is a remote role.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Run queries to collate data
  • Monitor and track completion of files
  • Monitor and track completion of special tasks
  • Maintain reports and Excel spreadsheets as needed
  • Overseer for training all new analyst
  • Responsible for keeping training material up to date
  • Assist analyst with questions
  • Required to close files when needed
  • Serve as a final QC step for analyst files as needed
  • Track analyst errors and create corrective measures
  • Work at home but able to come into the office as needed
  • Able to conduct meetings
  • Additional duties/responsibilities as assigned
  • Comply with all safety rules/regulations, in conjunction with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (“IIPP”), as well as maintain HIPAA compliance

  • Ability to work in a fast paced/production environment

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • 1 year experience as a Closing Analyst II/trainer or 1 year office experience, preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Excel

 

PAY RANGE:

CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location.  Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors:  federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions.  Our ranges may be modified at any time.

For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.  The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.

Pay Range: $15.26 - $23.28 per hour
