About our Business Development / Regional Sales Manager
Our ideal candidate has a passion for driving sales and building relationships. Our BDM/RSM will search for new customers and representatives, as needed, in assigned territory. If you're motivated by closing sales and connecting with people, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities
- Help drive sales by identifying customers/sales opportunities
- Build representative network and supporting representatives as needed
- Actively cultivate new customer opportunities to grow our business
- Develop an understanding of our extensive product offerings to provide technical expertise to customers
- Track and follow up on business opportunities
- These are some of the more frequent tasks you could expect to perform during your workday, but you may be called upon to fulfill other duties as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or four (4) years of direct sales experience
- Technical aptitude is necessary, and industrial sales experience is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications, specifically Word, Excel and Power Point; ability to learn and adapt to new software programs as needed

GDS Corp is a subsidiary of Welker, Inc. This is an in-office, full time position working Monday – Friday in League City, TX.
