Position Summary:
The Dental Product Specialist supports the technical, educational, and marketing initiatives of the dental product portfolio. Working closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Technical Managers, Marketing Managers, and fellow Product Specialists, this role is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality technical content to support both internal training and external education. The position also contributes to strengthening professional relationships, enhancing product knowledge, and providing expert technical support to customers as needed.
Responsibilities:
Develop technical and clinical content for presentations, marketing materials, training programs, and digital platforms in collaboration with Technical and Marketing teams.
Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support education, product evaluations, and professional development.
Conduct internal and external training sessions, webinars, and workshops to drive product understanding and adoption.
Provide timely technical support to sales teams, distributors, and customers, including troubleshooting and customer service calls.
Support product launches, demonstrations, and promotional activities with technical and clinical expertise.
Collect market, customer, and KOL feedback to inform product improvements and innovation.
Stay current on dental materials, CAD/CAM technologies, 3D printing, and clinical trends.
Monitor social media for product-related issues and opportunities.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher
- At least 3-5 years' experience; demonstrated knowledge of chair-side dental materials, CAD/CAM, 3D Printing Materials
Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce, and willingness to learn dental new technologies (CAD/CAM) and materials
Ability to travel (car/air) required
- Valid Driver's License
