In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and execution of evidence roadmaps that support differentiated claims and value messaging.
  • Partner with Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to align data generation with marketing and regulatory needs.
  • Translate clinical and economic data into customer-ready tools (ROI calculators, white papers, value briefs, etc.).
  • Coordinate marketing and communication deliverables for society meetings, conventions, and industry events, ensuring timely development of content, visuals, and digital assets.
  • Partner with clinical and marketing teams to amplify event visibility before, during, and after conferences (e.g., highlight abstracts, booth activities, and KOL sessions).
  • Coordinate and distribute regular commercial updates across global and regional marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Develop concise, engaging internal communications (emails, newsletters, Teams/SharePoint posts, executive summaries) to keep cross-functional stakeholders informed on launches, campaigns, and milestones.
  • Partner with Product and Regional Marketing to ensure messaging consistency and alignment before key internal reviews or meetings (PRC, RST, CTL, etc.).
  • Maintain a centralized communications calendar for product and ecosystem milestones to improve visibility and coordination across teams.
  • Collaborate with corporate and regional teams to develop social media content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging tone.
  • Draft and schedule posts highlighting clinical partnerships, KOL engagement, conventions, and technology milestones to build awareness and thought leadership.
  • Support development of campaign copy, visuals, and multimedia assets for use across social, web, and event platforms.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related area.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Software/Medical device product marketing experience
  • Social media, Conventions and KOL engagement experience
  • Interest in project management
