We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to be the architect of our marketing technology stack and customer journey. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our marketing efforts are efficient, data-driven, and seamlessly integrated with our sales processes.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation Ownership: Own and optimize our marketing automation platform (HubSpot), including lead lifecycle management, nurture programs, lead scoring, routing, and integration with Salesforce.
Lead Flow Management: Manage the flow of leads across the entire marketing and sales funnel, ensuring accurate tracking of MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), SALs (Sales Accepted Leads), SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads), and Closed-Won opportunities. You'll also collaborate with the Sales Operations team on routing rules and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
Scalable Infrastructure: Build scalable program templates, email and landing page assets, and tokens to enable efficient campaign execution across all marketing teams.
Data Integrity & Maintenance: Monitor and troubleshoot syncs between HubSpot and Salesforce, proactively identifying and resolving any data integrity issues.
Campaign Support: Support campaign execution by managing the campaign setup, QA (Quality Assurance), and launch processes in coordination with marketing team members.
Performance Reporting: Be the data-driven voice in the room, partnering with marketing and analytics teams to guide the development of dashboards and reports that track performance, attribution, funnel conversion, and ROI (Return on Investment).
Best Practices & Compliance: Champion best practices for database hygiene, segmentation, compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA), and naming/taxonomy conventions.
Automation & Innovation: Identify opportunities for automation and personalization, including the use of AI to enhance targeting, content delivery, and overall funnel velocity.
Martech Leadership: Lead or support Martech projects, including tool evaluations, integrations, and the implementation of new capabilities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years, hands-on experience with Hubspot and Salesforce (required).
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing funnels, including the relationship between MQLs, pipeline, and revenue.
Strong experience with lead management, routing logic, scoring models, and funnel analytics.
Demonstrated ability to operationalize complex marketing strategies through scalable systems and processes.
Proven success working cross-functionally with Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams.
Strong project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complexity for non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ideally, you’re located in the Greater Boston area so you can be at Intentsify HQ in Westwood, MA, 2-3 days per week with the marketing team.
