AERMOR is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Analyst to provide professional expertise in IT and network acquisition, analysis, planning, and program management. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of integrated logistics support, enterprise architecture, management support, and cost analysis to advance complex defense and enterprise technology initiatives.
 

Responsibilities:

 
  • Support IT and network program acquisition planning, budgeting, and execution activities.
  • Conduct cost analysis, program tracking, and performance assessments to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Analyze and evaluate program data, schedules, and risk factors to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Assist in the development of acquisition strategies, program documentation, and lifecycle management plans.
  • Provide input to enterprise architecture development, ensuring consistency with Navy and DoD frameworks.
  • Support integrated logistics planning to ensure effective sustainment and resource management across programs.
  • Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and management teams to align technical and financial requirements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and decision briefs for leadership and program management offices.
  • Track and manage funding execution, contract deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure all program analysis activities comply with DoD acquisition policies, standards, and procedures.

Qualifications:
 
  • Six (6) years of professional experience in IT and network acquisition, program analysis, or management support.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. 
  • Experience conducting cost analysis, financial tracking, and performance evaluation for complex programs.
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition and program management processes, including PPBE and lifecycle logistics principles.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture and integrated logistics support methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools used for program and financial management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level reports and presentations.
