Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Coordinator, where you'll blend operations and human resources tasks to support our site employees and continuously improve our inventory management processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Operations and HR on hiring, onboarding, and training to maintain a fully staffed team.

- Design and manage the weekly crew schedule to align with plant operations.

- Contribute to audit compliance, ensuring adherence to SQF, customer, and government standards.

- Work with plant leadership to create an engaging, supportive work environment.

- Provide top-notch customer service to team members and visitors alike.

- Audit daily reports for accuracy and make necessary inventory adjustments.

- Train and guide shift leaders to ensure consistent scheduling, inventory, and reporting practices.

- Recommend solutions for inventory and reporting issues to enhance efficiency.

- Implement continuous improvement practices and monitor key metrics.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED with 2-4 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.

- Strong ethics and integrity, with a focus on data accuracy and safety compliance.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and basic math skills.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write reports, present information, and respond to questions.

- Ability to solve practical problems and work with various types of instructions.

Physical & Work Environment:

- Office and plant environment with regular movement and interaction with team members and visitors.

- Occasional after-hours support may be required.
