Position Summary: Are you a natural connector who thrives in a fast-paced environment? In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as the heartbeat between Planning, Production, Customer Service, and Engineering — ensuring customer orders move seamlessly from confirmation to delivery. With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset, you’ll drive communication, reduce friction in the order process, and enhance the experience for all stakeholders involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams once a sales order is confirmed, ensuring clear communication and alignment across departments.
- Serve as a strategic liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve order-related issues, including status updates, expediting requests, shipping requirements, and prioritization.
- Review and validate incoming orders for accuracy, compatibility, and completeness — collecting all necessary project details and ensuring timely, accurate order entry.
- Monitor order performance from initial commitment through material availability, identifying and resolving any gaps that could impact delivery.
- Manage order backlog and aging, flagging critical issues early and driving proactive, solution-oriented communication with Project Managers.
- Support forecast order management by collaborating with Supply Chain and Project Managers to stay ahead of customer needs and timelines.
