About this internship: 

 We're looking for highly talented & motivated interns to join our Client Engagement & Delivery team and nail the following project. Join us for a hands-on PFE internship focused on AI-driven automation, natural language processing, and business process optimization.

1️⃣ PromoAI Intelligent Assistant for Ticket Automation and Issue Analysis
Objective: Design and implement an intelligent business assistant composed of multiple LLM-powered agents to automate ticket documentation, improve issue analysis, and standardize internal knowledge artifacts for Confluence / Jira. The assistant will rely on cleaned, structured Markdown documentation generated from internal sources (tickets, configuration sheets, product docs), and will provide capabilities such as ticket matching, configuration detection, request clarification, reproduction-step suggestion, tone-consistent messaging, and priority recommendation.

Key tasks:

• Collect and clean raw internal data (Jira tickets, config sheets, solution docs) and convert to standardized Markdown templates aligned with company documentation format.
• Design prompt engineering workflows to produce structured outputs (Markdown sections: Context, Issue, Steps to Reproduce, Expected Behavior, Proposed Fix).
• Implement lightweight Python scripts or notebooks to call LLM APIs (OpenAI or LangChain) and parse/validate outputs (JSON/Markdown).
• Build evaluation routines to score output quality and suggest prompt improvements.
• Prototype integration patterns for Jira/Confluence ingestion or output (API examples are fine; production integration optional).

Technologies (required / recommended): Python (Jupyter or VS Code), OpenAI API or LangChain, Pandas, JSON processing, Markdown libraries, Git/GitHub.
Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Jira/Confluence APIs, experience with SaaS support workflows, interest in explainable AI.

• Over the course of the internship, you will be exposed to a wide range of Cognira’s tools, techniques, and technologies and have the opportunity to gain credible experience and learning
• This internship will entirely be in-person for you to get an in-depth experience of the company's culture and be more involved throughout your tenure.
• Duration: 4-6 months.
