Summary
-
Develop, train and manage the team.

Delegate and supervise the pricing/bid/tender process and procedures while providing necessary feedback and guidance.

Delegate and supervise the contract management and compliance process and procedures, including but not limited to negotiation, drafting and execution.

Maintain an understanding of the contract terms and conditions so that you as the Manager may take over difficult cases when the employees under their management are unable to do so.

Delegate and supervise the pricing chargeback and rebate review and payment process as well as their approval process.

Ability to analyze and report on concrete sales data requested by relevant stakeholders.

Delegate and supervise the management of the sales tracing/commissions database and commissions calculations.

Explores data with multiple data sources. Delivers ad hoc and pre-defined reports to stakeholder groups. Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.

Ensure that all systems and procedures used are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Have the ability to handle any and all tasks in the Manager’s field of specialty that is above the expertise of the Staff under their management.

Responsible for acting as the liaison with Staff Attorney on all agreements and contracts.

Knowledge and Skills
- Four-year degree in relevant field preferred
- Four to Eight years of experience in one of the three main fields (Contracts, Business and Data Analytics, Pricing/Bids/Tenders) required

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Demonstrated Project Management skills

Ability to analyze data and formulate decisions

Have initiative and a willingness to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (including, but not limited to Word, Adobe, Excel, Access PowerPoint, CRM/Salesforce)
