What a Typical Day Could Look Like
As a Leasing Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, creating a welcoming and informative experience that showcases the unique value of our community. You'll be the master of organization and efficiency, ensuring that all leasing processes run smoothly and effectively. Every day will bring a dynamic blend of resident interaction, administrative tasks, and marketing initiatives, making this a rewarding role for those who enjoy variety and the satisfaction of making a positive impact.
- You are the Warm Welcome!
- Answer phone calls and emails from prospective residents, providing them with a warm welcome and comprehensive information about our community!
- Schedule appointments for tours with Leasing Professionals, ensuring a seamless transition for prospective residents!
- Greet visitors and prospective residents in person, creating a positive and professional first impression!
You are the Administrative Guru!
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations!
- Assist Leasing Professionals with processing applications, verifying information, and conducting background checks!
- Prepare lease documents and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently!
- Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs, providing residents with the necessary information and resources for a smooth transition!
You are the Marketing Maestro!
- Support the leasing team with marketing efforts, including updating online listings, preparing marketing materials, and managing social media engagement!
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the property's features, floor plans, pricing, and availability!
- Utilize property management software (such as Onesite) to manage resident information, process applications, and track leases!

Requirements
Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the multifamily industry.
- Proficiency in property management software (such as Yardi or RealPage).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with residents, prospects, and colleagues.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with residents.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to resident concerns and requests.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
