The Quality Control (QC) auditor is responsible for ensuring all Replacement Parts Division (RPD) standard operating procedures are followed accurately, safely, and with integrity.
Responsibilities
Perform all job duties safely and in compliance with federal, state, and Rheem regulations.
Complete all department audits at intervals provided by your supervisor.
Communicate audit findings clearly and effectively with team members and leadership.
Monitor production and shipping processes at various stages to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain product quality in accordance with RPS Standards.
Report any quality concerns to leadership.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
Support others with positive behavior and a team-based mindset
Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings, including customers and other employees of the organization
Must be able to work independently at a productive pace, seeking guidance when necessary

Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Quality Auditor Technician or equivalent training/experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.
The ability to demonstrate basic reading and writing comprehension.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) within 6 months of hire.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including rate, ratio, and percentage, and basic statistical analysis.
Strong verbal and written communications skills; able to express ideas professionally and effectively in the common language.
