Groundskeeper at INDIANA MASONIC HOME INC

Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park is looking to add to our Groundskeeping Team. Compass Park is a vast 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis. It is a vibrant community through all seasons and a place of beauty, rich in tall trees and winding footpaths. This job is in Franklin, IN.

Groundskeeper Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Grounds Care for the Campus.
• Preforming Snow Removal
• Removal Of Fall Leaves
• Repairing/Maintaining Grounds Equipment
• Watering plants, mulching beds around buildings, pruning, and other duties as necessary.
• Mowing and removing Weeds, Re-seeding lawns and planting flower beds and new trees.
• Moving Furniture, assisting with set up of special events, Christmas Lights, Festivals, etc.
• Giving excellent customer service to residents and staff by communicating additional requests, concerns, and or complaints to the Grounds Supervisor.
• Helping to maintain gutters by cleaning and disposing leaves/debris from gutters.
• Following instruction from Grounds Supervisor and request of the Director.

Groundskeeper Requirements:

• Ability to perform grounds keeping care and report to supervisor for instruction.
• Prior experience preferred but not required
