Job Description:
Working closely with HR Analytics & Data Governance managers to develop, implement, and maintain reporting, analytics and data governance capabilities & processes to meet evolving demands beyond standard product offerings.

The Workforce Analytics, Reporting and Data Governance team (WARDG) is part of the Chief People Organization (CPO) organization. The primary focus of our team is to deliver workforce reporting and analytic solutions through advanced consultation in addition to ensuring strong data governance across CPO of worker data per Enterprise standards.

The HR Analytics & Data Governance Consultant I will be aligned to Opportunity & Inclusion and will support evolving business reporting needs. Accountable for engagement, adoption, satisfaction and delivery of the reporting and analytics products & services for their client group, while ensuring rigorous governance around CPO data.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Opportunity & Inclusion partners to support strategic analysis and data requests

  • Design, build, maintain, enhance Tableau Dashboards to build the next generation of reporting tools that generate business insights

  • In this role, you will partner with your peers in building and developing reports and spearheading process automation

  • Document data requirements with partners by collaborating with relevant data analytics team members on iterations and changes to core solutions

  • Management, creation, and enhancement of standard reporting deliverables

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of CPO or relatable reporting analyst experience

  • Working experience with data visualization tools/technology such as MicroStrategy, Alteryx, SQL, & Tableau. Tableau is strongly preferred.

  • Strong experience in building data pipelines and analysis

  • MUST be able to communicate technical results to technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of an organization

  • Experience managing stakeholder requirements and expectations, supporting needs, managing the intake process, and asking questions to scope and solve the requests

  • Proficiencies in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint) required; must have strong MS EXCEL skills (familiar with formulas, complex pivot tables, data manipulation, filtering, lookups)

  • Performance consulting skills including the ability to identify performance gaps by asking the right questions

  • MUST be comfortable with technology/system solutions

  • MUST have strong data orientation and analytic skills, demonstrating strong, basic statistical skills, as well as the ability to apply a combination of inductive and deductive reasoning to examine information, interpret results and arrive at well founded, logical conclusions

  • MUST have strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay range

$90,000.00 - $115,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
