Networking Technologies + Support (NTS) is a leading regional provider of high-tech integration services to businesses, government groups, healthcare institutions and educational facilities. We are currently seeking a Business Support & Documentation Coordinator to work in our fast paced, ever changing IT environment!
This position is responsible for providing professional support to the NTS Chief Executive Officer, Chief Information Technology Officer/Chief Information Security Officer through a variety of administrative functions, in addition to documentation administration.
Responsibilities Include:
The Business Support & Documentation Coordinator works with a diverse group of important external callers, visitors, and clients as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.
Preparation of complex documents and written materials (e.g., correspondence, reports, presentations, e-mails, agendas) for internal and external communications. The successful candidate will plan, develop, organize, write, and edit operational procedures and manuals.
Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
Qualifications + Experience:
This position requires a high school diploma or GED along with a minimum of 5 years of general office work experience in a corporate environment, including creating reports and presentations.
Proficient use of MS Office Suite and Outlook/Teams.
Technical writing experience to include developing, writing, and maintaining operational procedural manuals.
An extensive knowledge of general business practices and office administrative procedures with best practices
Strong attention to detail and prioritization when multitasking.
Excellent customer service experience.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. In addition to commuting to and from work, the Executive Assistant will be called upon to complete various projects requiring local travel.
Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
Schedule: M-F, daytime hours
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00/hr.
