Your Role, Your Impact

As a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, you will:

  • Deliver compassionate, one-on-one care in a supportive clinic—no double-booking ever

  • Treat a wide range of pelvic conditions, including incontinence, pelvic pain, prenatal/postpartum, and prolapse

  • Collaborate with a powerful network of pelvic health experts who believe in sharing knowledge and lifting each other up

  • Be part of something bigger—advocating for patients, educating the community, and helping people live fuller, more confident lives


POSITION SUMMARY
As a Physical Therapist, you will play a key role in helping patients regain independence, improve mobility, and achieve their personal goals. You’ll design and deliver customized treatment plans, collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, and provide leadership to support staff within the clinic.

Physical Therapist: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review and physical assessments, to establish individualized care plans.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions—such as exercise, manual techniques, and specialized equipment—to restore function and relieve pain.

  • Partner with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.

  • Provide direction and mentorship to PTAs, rehab aides, and other clinical support staff.

  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed.

  • Educate patients and families on therapy goals, expectations, and home program activities.

  • Protect patient privacy and uphold the highest standards of safety.

  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, documentation requirements, and clinical quality standards.

  • Contribute to a positive, professional clinic environment by following company policies and industry regulations.

  • Support the team and patients by assisting with other responsibilities as needed.

What You’ll Bring (and What We’ll Support):

  • A current PT license in Maryland (or Compact eligible)

  • Graduation from an accredited PT program

  • CPR/BLS certification required

  • A genuine interest in pelvic health—we’ll support your path, no matter where you’re starting
