The program manager – Inclusion, Diversity & Talent will lead key initiatives on behalf of Inclusion, Diversity & Talent. The program manager will drive key activities to enable inclusion & diversity principles to scale across the organization, partnering across the Talent organization, PRO and with the Office of the CEO. Given this broad reach and the need to operate at scale, this leader should be excellent at stakeholder management, influencing without authority, and have a strong bias for action.

As a program manager, you will…

·       Ensure alignment of key strategic programs within Inclusion, Diversity & Talent Operations by bringing key stakeholders along through proven communication and stakeholder management strategies

·       Collaborate with and influence a cross- functional team to deliver a complex, multi-year, multifaceted program

·       Regularly collaborate with senior leaders across the enterprise to enable Inclusion, Diversity & Talent principles and activities to scale

·      Drive decisions by influencing decision makers; balance risk across multiple projects, programs and functions
