Who We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a Ford dealership or independent shop
Technicians of all levels — entry to master
Ford Certifications (ACE, ASSET, FACT)
ASE Certifications (a plus, not required)
Strong work ethic and a passion for fixing things right the first time
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
A desire to grow with the best in the business
