Who We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Ford dealership or independent shop

• Technicians of all levels — entry to master

• Ford Certifications (ACE, ASSET, FACT)

• ASE Certifications (a plus, not required)

• Strong work ethic and a passion for fixing things right the first time

• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
