As General Manager, you’ll lead the charge in delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving operational excellence across every aspect of the restaurant—from the kitchen to the bar to the front door. You’ll cultivate a high-performing team, foster a culture of connection and accountability, and keep the Loch Bar experience as vibrant as the city around it.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire both front- and back-of-house teams through clear direction, hands-on mentorship, and genuine connection.
• Oversee daily operations including budgeting, labor, payroll, and profitability.
• Ensure consistency and excellence in guest service, food quality, and presentation.
• Uphold restaurant ambiance and operational readiness—every shift, every day.
• Drive sales forecasting, scheduling, and partner on marketing initiatives to maximize performance.
• Champion team development through ongoing training, education, and engagement.
• Collaborate with ownership and the Atlas leadership team to bring innovation and efficiency to life.

Who You Are

• A seasoned hospitality professional with 4–6 years of restaurant management experience (preferably in upscale or high-volume dining).
• A confident communicator who balances leadership presence with genuine warmth.
• Financially savvy with a sharp understanding of cost management and operations.
• Energized by teamwork, live music, and the buzz of a busy service.
• Someone who thrives on making great moments happen—for guests and for your team.
