Bennett Thrasher "BT" is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and elevate our digital marketing efforts. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives, driven not only by expertise but by a proven ability to overcome challenges and a track record of eagerly anticipating the chance to create something extraordinary. This role is where that is going to happen. We are looking for a "strategic doer" with a love for marketing who has experience creating engaging content and managing digital platforms that generate leads and conversions.

Responsibilities:  

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to manage corporate Web properties and digital campaigns to support demand generation
  • Take ownership of all relevant website metrics, such as conversion rate, bounce rate,  and more
  • Lead content creation, creating persuasive and engaging copy
  • HubSpot experience is a plus
  • Utilize marketing automation technology such as list building, e-mail marketing, and landing page testing etc.
  • Leverage strong experience in optimizing digital marketing campaigns, websites, email marketing, social media marketing, and paid search
  • Build out content and help implement SEO optimization strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic (a plus).
  • Perform data measurement, analysis, and reporting, and present findings and recommendations 
  • Develop a holistic view of the customer journey and utilize data and insights to inform the development of a website experience that engages and converts
  • Assist in developing video content for social channels and website
  • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns

 Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a B2B digital marketing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possesses a strategic mindset and sound judgment
  • Ability to build trust and influence others
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficient with spreadsheets and A/B testing
  • Must have leadership, communication, liaison, analytical, forecasting, marketing, personnel management, and administrative skills
