What You'll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers):
🌀 Master the Mill – Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the cold rolling mill to transform aluminum coils into sleek, high-performance material.
💪 Team Switch-Hitter – You’ll rotate between the Operator, Assistant, and Trucker roles to keep things running smoothly—talk about versatility!
⚙️ Precision Work – Change rolls, prep coils, transport them in style (aka forklift driving), and keep production moving like a well-oiled... well, mill.
🔥 Stay Cool Under Pressure – Know how to handle emergency systems like Cardox (don’t worry, we’ll train you).
👷 Always On – Keeping the mill running means producing the best aluminum in the business—quality is kind of our thing.

Forklift experience is a must!
