We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Service Coordinator to proactively support our field sales team, helping them boost efficiency and exceed revenue targets.Support Field Sales Reps in generating sales revenue, including low-value quoting for existing customers. Manage and proactively maintain the sales pipeline through outbound calls and CRM updates. Qualify leads, generate and manage sales opportunities and quotes. Handle inbound enquiries via calls and emails for Product & Field (P & F) accounts. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, managing quotations, spare parts, and post-sale queries. Identify cross-divisional sales opportunities through customer analysis.Prepare and deliver reports on overdue opportunities and sales activities. Achieve revenue targets for spare part sales within designated business units.Effectively handle customer objections, escalations, and complaints.
