You Are

You have the experience to analyze a clients’ security posture, anticipate security requirements and help find right-sized solutions based on industry leading practices. You have a proven track record working successfully in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’re a creative, analytical problem solver with above average documentation skills who can speak to both technical and non-technical audiences. Can apply deep security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets and people for Accenture and our clients. You are eager to put your skills to use by helping us help our clients inject security at every level of their organization.
As an Oracle Security Analyst focusing on platform security you will work within a team to help safeguard client applications including ERP, HCM, CX, and other critical business platforms. You will help harden environments, perform security testing and improve governance, risk, and compliance. This role demands a proactive consultant who can help implement, and test robust security configurations and access controls, specifically in Oracle Fusion, to meet unique client security requirements.
This role is in our local ATC (Toronto) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in implementing, and/or assessing Oracle Cloud security and SOD controls related to multiple versions of the Oracle Cloud application product suite.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience working in Oracle Cloud Security, including role designing across functional (HCM, ERP, EPM, CX, Report Security) and technical (e.g. - Security Console, Setup & Maintenance, OIC) domain areas.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Risk Management Cloud (RMC) including Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) and Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC).
• Experienced with Business process risk & control implementation or assessment across finance, supply chain and human resource business cycles;
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Industry-recognized Professional Security certification (e.g. CISSP).
• Certifications in Oracle Core HR, Oracle Financials, or Procurement.
• Certified in Oracle Cloud Security Foundation or Professional.
Professional Attributes:
• Experience working for the Big 4 or Global SI is highly desired.
• Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship-building skills.
• High-level proficiency in problem-solving and multitasking.
• Proactive and adaptable to learning new technologies and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
