Make a Difference
The Value Analysis Manager (RN) will help facilitate system system-wide product value analysis process and structure to support the alignment of the Network objectives, strategic goals, and control of Network supply costs. This position will lead multi-disciplinary value analysis teams responsible for product introductions and value analysis review consistent with our value analysis program goals. This position works to gather clinical and operational data, as well as evidence-based literature to assist teams in evaluating new supplies and new technology, using evidence-based clinical data, benchmarked best practices, and data driven analysis. The Value Analysis Manager will develop strategies and identify process improvements that are focused on patient safety and outcomes, standardization and utilization, and cost reductions.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should demonstrate the ability to understand and apply data, including cost-benefit analysis and financial feasibility studies, to develop value analysis strategies, priorities, and plans. 
 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing - Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) accredited school of nursing, or in lieu of accredited schools listed above, three years of related professional nursing experience is required.
     
  • MSN or MBA is preferred.
     
  • Eight (8) or more years of experience in a clinical setting required. 
     
  • Management experience is required. 
     
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
     
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.
     
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clinical leaders across the Network, and ability to work in a team environment with diverse groups of both clinical and non-clinical personnel. 
     
  • General knowledge of products across healthcare and of the sourcing/procurement process. 
     
  • Demonstrated experience in change management, quality management, process analysis, data analysis, problem solving, and team building. 
     
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills.
     
  • Professional knowledge associated with acute care practices and healthcare in general. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
