Data Processor

 Job Summary:

The Data Processor will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing wire transfers, review, and process mobile deposit files. This position will also be responsible for working with Cash Management customers and other various data processing functions. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Process incoming and outgoing wires including input into tracking program, confirms balances, performs call backs when necessary and reconcile transactions daily against Fed.
• Review and process check deposits made through the mobile banking application. 
• Record and process subpoenas.
• Verify internal transfers posted online with reports and other required documentation and report discrepancies.
• Assist Cash Management customers with implementation, training, and ongoing support.
• Process various balancing reports and debit card orders.
• Open to cross training in different areas of the Data Processing Center.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to be trustworthy and act with integrity.  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate initiative and commitment to continuous learning and the ability to adapt to change.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. 
• Minimum age 18

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
