About our team
We are a dynamic, dedicated team that provides management and support for a global guarding services account that spans across 30+ countries. Our client is an industry-leading datacenter organization, and we pride ourselves in delivering best-in-class solutions through our teams made up of Security Operations, Shared Services, Threat and Incident Management, Environmental Health and Safety, and Human Resources. As part of this team, you’ll work alongside a group of professionals that are committed to excellence and innovation.
About the role
The Project Manager (PM) role works closely with the Physical Security Operations Management group to implement global programs and special projects. PMs are responsible for providing focused regional and site level attention to address issues identified by peers and senior management and help drive optimization efforts across the program. Additionally, PMs work with other teams in Physical Security to recommend process improvements, implement global and regional initiatives, and standardize process and procedures.
What you’ll do
As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of security operations across new sites and site expansions. This includes developing and maintaining project schedules, assigning and tracking tasks, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery, and aligning project outputs with operational requirements. You will serve as the key liaison between field personnel and headquarters, regularly facilitating meetings, delivering client updates, and ensuring clarity around status, expectations, and deliverables. You’ll also collaborate closely with Site and Regional Security Managers to coordinate audit submissions, support compliance assessments, and provide operational assistance such as backfill or site-level training when needed.
In addition to operational execution, you’ll drive strategic initiatives by identifying, recommending, and managing projects aimed at process improvement and risk mitigation. You will conduct impact analyses on proposed changes, prepare and present findings to leadership, and contribute to the development of business cases and implementation frameworks. This role also involves handling information requests, analysing data, and presenting to large stakeholder groups as needed for training, proposal reviews, or strategic updates. A critical part of the role includes updating and creating procedural documentation in partnership with subject matter experts, ensuring all processes remain current and effective.
What you need to apply
We’re looking for a candidate who holds a bachelor’s degree and has at least three years of operations-related experience or possesses an equivalent combination of education and experience deemed sufficient for the role. They will bring 3–5 years of proven project management experience, with strong capabilities in coordinating complex initiatives and leading cross-functional teams. A Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is required or must be obtained within the first year of employment, with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred. Additionally, candidates must either hold or be willing to obtain the Holistic Information Security Practitioner (HISP) certification within one year of hire.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, including intermediate-level skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, Project, Visio, and SharePoint. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage workflows, present findings, collaborate across departments, and support documentation and compliance efforts with accuracy and professionalism.
The PM must demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail, with the ability to manage assigned projects responsibly and deliver expectations on time. A thorough understanding of standard office procedures and practices is essential, along with proficiency in creating and revising process documentation. The role requires a quick learner who can adapt to unfamiliar areas of the business, while demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must be comfortable interacting at all levels of the organisation and across diverse cultures, with a proven ability to initiate and manage cross-functional and multi-disciplinary projects.
Success in this role also depends on strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, along with the capability to efficiently resolve conflict when needed. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership qualities, including the ability to influence, negotiate, and delegate effectively. Flexibility and adaptability are crucial, as is the capacity to maintain composure and professionalism when working with authorities, executives, clients, staff, or the public—particularly under conditions of urgency or in high-pressure situations.
What you’ll get
We offer more than just a job — we offer the chance to be part of a supportive, collaborative team where your growth and contributions truly matter. In this role, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while working on a prestigious multinational client account, giving you firsthand exposure to global operations and cross-regional collaboration. We’re committed to employee development, with access to continuous learning, training programs, and career growth pathways designed to help you succeed and advance.
