We are looking for a highly motivated individual responsible for program management, focusing on planning, managing deliverables, collaborating across teams, and driving projects to completion with a focus on producing actionable results and insights to drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship with your assigned stakeholder supporting a functional area, while still collaborating as a high-performing team
- Support the development of execution plans, prioritize deliverables, manage multiple projects effectively, and drive them to completion with a focus on producing actionable results and insights
- Own end-to-end coordination of the program and close-the-loop processes
- Draft content for presentations and communications, including readouts to leadership
- Complete special projects that drive improvement of space and program-related processes
- Influence and work with extended teams inside and outside of the client’s organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to update tools and systems with the required program-level detail
- Collect and share feedback with stakeholders to ensure program success
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, capturing meeting notes, preparing communications, gathering the necessary information for decision-making, and supporting the prioritization of tasks
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of program management experience
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or demonstrated experience
- Understanding of business processes related to program and project management
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills recommended
- Ability to think strategically, manage execution, and develop strong business relationships across teams
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, and written)
- Passion for excellence and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable in a high-paced and dynamic team environment

$85,000-$100,000 (DOE)
