POSITION OVERVIEW
Dial, a recognized leader in senior living sales, is seeking a proven sales professional with a track record of delivering exceptional results and consistently exceeding targets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative community marketing strategies while driving remarkable sales outcomes. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive sales performance to achieve move-in and occupancy goals through targeted lead generation and optimized sales practices.
• Achieve sales conversions by cultivating strong relationships, conducting thoughtful discovery, applying strategic closing techniques and delivering personalized follow-up.
• Direct the community’s reputation management strategy to achieve Google review goals.
• Strengthen referral pipelines by prioritizing in-person visits that foster trust and long-term relationships.
• Leverage sales tools and best practices to meet bi-annual mystery shop benchmarks while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Complete and submit timely reports including competitive analyses, bi-annual marketing plans, investor updates, budget forecasts and other assigned reporting.
• Maintain a current and accurate database by documenting prospect interactions, follow-ups and referral partner communications.
• Manage the daily tour path to deliver flawless first impressions for prospects and community partners.
• Contribute to regular sales calls with the home office through preparation, strategic collaboration and an intentional focus on achieving sales goals.
• Manage the marketing budget to align with forecasts while driving maximum ROI.
• Submit detailed creative requests on time to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Follow all sales processes as outlined in the company’s standard operating procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ outbound sales experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
• Ability to work extended and weekend hours on occasion to support sales goals.
• Ability to travel to home office for onboarding and annual sales meeting.
• Experience with state and federal guidelines for assisted living and dementia.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
• Adhere to and carry out all policies and procedures.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Maintain confidentiality of verbal and written information pertaining to residents, community operations and personnel.
• Promote the company in a positive way being an advocate of Dial and its communities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in outside B2B sales preferred.
