Description

Position Summary: The Vice President of Sales (VPS) is responsible for building, overseeing, developing and managing the inside and outside Regional Sales Executives (RSE) focusing on selling technology and services for MedEvolve. The VPS will be responsible for certain sales activity metrics as directed by the EVP from time to time. The VPS will also be responsible for ensuring the sales team is compliant in updating their active pipeline in (Hubspot) with stage, value and timing of close, as well as all necessary documentation of the sales activity during the prospecting process. The VPS will carry a quarterly and annual quota and is expected to prospect and close deals for MedEvolve. The VPS will assist the MedEvolve senior management team in supporting channel partners of the MedEvolve technology solutions and services as needed.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Is a key member of the MedEvolve Senior Leadership team that assists, drives and participates in the company wide objectives of aggressive revenue growth, sales bookings and EBITDA. Including but not limited to, Net New and Product Upgrade sales, go to market strategies, marketing efforts, client and prospect visits and sales presentations.

 

  • Manage all RSE’s at MedEvolve for both new client and existing client sales of the below solutions:
    • EiQ Suite (workforce automation, task management and intelligent analytics)
    • Practice Management Software (PM)
    • Insurance Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Services
    • Patient Balance Management Services(RCM Services) (early-out, digital engagement & live representatives “call center”)
    • Ancillary and Add-on solutions: Clearinghouse, Patient Statements, Online Payments, Waiting Room/Kiosk Applications and Appointment Reminders
  • Develop a Territory Management Plan for outside all RSE’s
  • Recruit new RSEs
  • Assist in the development of ROIs and business fit presentations for prospects
  • Accurately forecast revenue opportunities per prospect
  • Ensure all RSE’ document sales activities in (Hubspot) ensuring timely and accurate data entry of sales pipeline and forecast
  • Complete all performance reviews for RSEs at the cadence of HR Policy
  • Approve all expense reports for RSEs
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Work closely with VP of Marketing and VP, Client Partnerships teams to foster lead generation opportunities
  • Assist Sr. Management in identifying channel partners to resell or create introductions for MedEvolve software and services.

Qualifications


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, masters preferred
  • 10+ years in healthcare, healthcare related sales, or technology related sales
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle process, technology and services
  • Strong experience selling to privately owned physician groups, private equity owned physician groups, hospital based employed physicians; hospitals and health systems
