In Workday programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale Workday implementation projects within an organisation. Working in Workday programme management will involve coordinating multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of Workday solutions. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities:

1. Configure and maintain compensation plans including base pay, bonuses, and incentives. 2. Manage salary structures, eligibility rules, and approval workflows. 3. Facilitate equity and long-term incentive plan configurations. 4. Align compensation configurations with business strategy and compliance requirements. 5. Develop compensation-related reports to analyze pay equity and budget adherence. 6. Collaborate with HR and Finance on compensation planning cycles. 7. Support global compensation configurations considering geographies and currencies. 8. Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for compensation-related queries. 9. Provide training and guidance on compensation administration best practices. 10. Monitor Workday releases for new compensation features and enhancements
