What will you do?

• Blackbelt / high-level continuous improvement certification are desired or/and significative experience on project management related to PTP Processes.

• Experience in leading PTP CI projects (Lean Six Sigma, workshops or other)

• Experience of driving Automation projects using various technologies (RPA, Python, Desktop Automation)

• Experience in a large multi-national corporation service center or BPO is highly desirable

• Experience in working on strategic projects within a shared services environment but also with the Business Unit leadership teams

• Ability to influence change, deal with ambiguity and drive best practices. This includes process improvement initiatives in a fragmented IT landscape.

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and collaboration skills with the proven ability to effectively supervise, mentor and influence employees

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel (pivots and v-lookup),

• Power BI experience is a Plus.

• Strong leadership qualities to work within a matrix business model, deal with ambiguity, and to solve business problems that create shareholder value

Requirement and qualification:

• Minimum 9 years of experience

• English proficiency required; written and verbal

• Time zone / Shift Flexibility required (Europe /North America time zones)
