Description

The Regional Sales Executive (RSE) is responsible for sourcing and closing new business sales for MedEvolve’ s technology solutions and RCM services nationwide. They are responsible for all sales related follow up from assigned leads generated at tradeshows, webinars and organic lead generation inquiries. Additionally, the RSE will be responsible for certain activity metrics as directed by the sales team leader from time to time. An RSE will also be responsible for keeping their active pipeline up to date in the CRM system (Hubspot) with stage, value and timing of close, as well as all necessary documentation of the sales activity during the prospecting process. The RSE will assist the MedEvolve senior management team in supporting channel partners of the MedEvolve technology solutions and services as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Deals to manage: Any sales to new clients including
    • EiQ Suite (workflow automation, task management and intelligent analytics)
    • Practice Management Software (PM)
    • Insurance Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Services
    • Patient accounts RCM services (early-out, digital engagement & live representatives)
    • Ancillary and Add-on solutions: Clearinghouse, Patient Statements, Online Payments, Waiting Room/Kiosk Applications and Appointment Reminders)
  • Develop a Territory Management Plan with the sales leader
  • Execute the Territory Management Plan independently
  • Build ROIs and business fit presentations for prospects
  • Accurately forecast revenue opportunities per prospect
  • Document sales activities in MedEvolve Client Relationship Management (CRM) solution (Hubspot) ensuring timely and accurate data entry of sales pipeline
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8+ years in healthcare, healthcare related sales, or technology related sales
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle process, technology and services
  • Strong experience selling to privately owned physician groups, private equity owned physician groups, hospital based employed physicians; hospitals and health systems
  • Qualifications:

  • Superior prospecting and lead generation skills
  • Excellent value-based presentation skills including software demonstrations
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to meet quotas and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to provide exemplary customer service
