Questex is seeking an energetic, innovative, and tactical marketing professional to join our Operational Real Estate & Travel events team. The Sponsorship Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving the success of our global event portfolio through strategic marketing campaigns that elevate sponsorship visibility, generate qualified leads, and support commercial goals. This role will oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across our premier hospitality and travel events — including IHIF EMEA & ASIA, NYU IHIF, AHC, R&R Hospitality Forum, GMITE, and ULTRA Summit — ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience engagement strategies.
As our Sponsorship Marketing Manager you’ll support Questex’s success by:
- Developing and executing targeted sponsorship marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across global events.
- Creating compelling sponsor messaging and assets tailored to different stages of the sponsor journey (pre-event, onsite, post-event).
- Generating high-quality marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) for the sales team through campaign planning and execution across email marketing, website UX, social media, advocacy marketing, PR, etc.
- Working with the sales team by providing appropriate tools, materials and presentations that help them to meet their sales objectives, including sponsorship brochures/prospectus’
- Working with internal design team to ensure all marketing communications on all platforms are in alignment with brand positioning.
- Working with COE (Centre of Excellence) performance marketing team to achieve best practice marketing.
- Aligning closely with sales to support pipeline nurturing through timely, relevant, and personalised sponsor communications.
- Optimising marketing automation and CRM systems to improve targeting, segmentation, and reporting to sponsorship prospect audiences.
- Aiding sales retention and audience engagement through supporting the fulfilment of sponsor contracts.
- Traveling and attending events and/or meetings required.
Your Experience and Education include:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience (ideally in events and media space). Event and/or entertainment technology experience strongly preferred.
- Proven project management and excellent time management skills are required.
- Quick learner of new technologies, tools and processes with ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment, while managing numerous projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Preferred experience in HTML, Adobe Photoshop and with marketing automation software or email service providers.
- Strong knowledge of the entre Microsoft Office Suite (specifically excel)

The expected salary for this position ranges from £45,000 –£50,000. Salary offers are based on a broad scope of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, geographic and organizational factors are also considered.
