We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Systems & Training Coordinator (12-month FTC) to join our dynamic Warehouse & Logistics team. In this key role, you will support a strong learning culture by coordinating new starter and ongoing training, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with best practice and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, document, and maintain departmental training needs and gaps across Operational, EHS, GMP, Quality, Problem Solving, Risk Assessment, and Personal Development areas.

  • Maintain accurate training records for all Warehouse personnel.

  • Support Managers and Supervisors in delivering consistent on-the-job training and validation.

  • Develop and coordinate personal development and training plans to meet departmental goals.

  • Facilitate and participate in off-the-job training programmes, including Forklift Truck training.

  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to ensure consistency and compliance with site-wide training standards.

  • Deliver and maintain GMP training with the Plant GMP Program Manager.

  • Ensure all personnel are trained and compliant with relevant SOPs and Codes of Practice.

  • Manage documentation control, including validation, updates, and maintenance of SOPs and process documentation through OpenText.

  • Ensure the departmental Skills Matrix is current and accurate, using it as the basis for individual training plans.

  • Lead or contribute to departmental and cross-functional improvement projects as required.

Qualifications

Level 3 Diploma (Or Equivalent) is desireable.

Forklift Truck Certificate or experience would be advantageous to the role.
