About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Corporate Strategy team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent business school graduate or a candidate with up to two years of relevant professional experience (pre-/post-MBA, consulting, or a reputable trainee program) to apply strategic skills in a dynamic, global environment. The Junior Strategy Analyst will work closely with the Global Head of Corporate Strategy and M&A and other colleagues on a range of activities such as presentations, governance, project and process management activities. Responsabilities:
- Assist in preparing high-quality presentations and reports for senior management, management and board meetings, and other strategic forums.
- Support the organization, coordination, and documentation of internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
- Conduct research and basic strategic analysis on markets, competitors, and industry trends to inform decision-making.
- Gather and synthesize data from internal and external sources to support strategic initiatives, M&A projects, and business reviews.
- Help manage and improve team processes, workflows, and documentation to ensure efficient operations.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across regions and functions to collect information and align on project objectives.
- Support ad hoc projects and tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field;
- Master’s degree or pre-MBA experience a plus.
- Up to 2 years of work experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or a reputable trainee program preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other European languages a plus.
- Able to distill complex information into clear, compelling presentation in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Some experience in data analytics a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
