Our mission is to revolutionize how agencies analyze and communicate data, ultimately helping them drive better results for their clients.

We’re looking for a Workplace & IT Coordinator to help maintain an efficient and connected workplace experience. Reporting to the Manager, People Enablement and working closely with the IT Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the daily operations of our physical office and providing hands-on assistance with IT processes. You’ll ensure our employees have the tools, space, and support they need to do their best work - whether that means coordinating equipment, managing access, or troubleshooting day-to-day tech and office needs.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn how workplace and IT operations come together to create a great employee experience. You’ll build practical experience across both areas - learning how to manage the tools, spaces, and processes that keep a fast-growing tech company running smoothly.

This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in downtown Toronto office).

As a Workplace & IT Coordinator, you will:

  • You’ll manage the daily operations of our Toronto office space, including mail, supplies, vendor coordination, maintenance of office equipment and snacks to ensure a great in-person workplace environment
  • You’ll coordinate office lunches, employee gifting, and support socials and events logistics to foster engagement and connection
  • You’ll act as the first point of contact for IT support requests, troubleshooting, and support IT hardware lifecycle management
  • You’ll handle IT onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new or departing team members
  • You’ll assist with other Workplace and IT operational or administrative projects as needed

What You’ll Bring

  • You are tech-savvy and are a quick learner to learn and adapt to various technologies and systems
  • You have a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, problem-solve, and context-switch in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality
  • You are a strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset; you enjoy helping others and approach requests with reliability and follow-through
  • You have familiarity with Google Workspace Suite, Slack, Zoom, MacOS; and are comfortable troubleshooting basics.

Compensation

Our base salary for this role ranges from $52,800 - $79,200 CAD. Compensation is determined by factors such as market salary data within Canada, technical skills, previous work history, and internal pay equity. Many positions also include additional variable compensation, which our Talent Acquisition team will discuss with you during the interview process.
