Base Salary Range: $170,000 – $200,000
Bonus Eligibility: Up to ~20%
Reports to: CEO
- Oversee all client-facing delivery functions: Strategy, Design, Development, Project Management, and QA.
- Ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget execution of all projects.
- Standardize and optimize delivery processes across teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Build systems and feedback loops to ensure a high level of client satisfaction (NPS/CSAT).
- Serve as executive sponsor for key client accounts.
- Lead resolution of complex client issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Champion quality across all delivered work and solutions.
- Lead resource planning and utilization to meet delivery and margin goals.
- Implement automation and tools to improve scalability and productivity.
- Manage the annual delivery operating budget.
- Track and act on key delivery and financial metrics.
- Lead, coach, and support Directors and Managers across delivery functions.
- Attract and retain top talent in the U.S. and Colombia.
- Build a strong, collaborative, multicultural, and hybrid-friendly culture.
- Develop performance systems, career pathing, and team growth programs.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in digital delivery, software engineering, or technical consulting.
- A proven track record of managing cross-functional delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of project lifecycle management, client delivery, and business operations.
- Experience mentoring senior leaders and building global teams.
- Data-driven, strategic mindset with a focus on outcomes, scalability, and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and with clients.
