Alera Group is looking for an Employee Benefits Producer to join our team. We are seeking a motivated and client-focused sales professional who is passionate about helping businesses

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Identify and cultivate new prospects through network relationships, strategic partners, industry events, and direct outreach.
• Develop relationships and perform analysis with prospective clients to understand their organization, key decision makers, and business needs.
• Provide expert guidance on employee benefits solutions to current and prospective clients with various funding methods or complex plan designs that require a high level of technical expertise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Present financial and analytical insights to support client decision-making, educating and advising clients on innovative solutions.
• Maintain awareness of and adherence to regulatory standards, including HIPAA and other applicable laws.
• Meet new business and retention goals.
• 3+ years of experience in an employee benefits brokerage sales role.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build strong client relationships.
• Active Life and Health insurance license.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Embraces working in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $50K to $250K per year.
