Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Supply Chain Analyst position. This is a remote opportunity. 

The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:   

  • Analyze purchasing, inventory, material usage, and transportation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization
  • Support sourcing and transportation initiatives including cost modeling and optimization
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to track spend, inventory turns, lead times and additional supply chain metrics
  • Provide analytical support for logistics and fleet operations as needed, including vehicle utilization, delivery efficiency, and mode optimization
  • Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for supply disruptions, material variances, cost fluctuations
  • Partner with materials team to ensure appropriate material levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory
  • Prepare presentations and summary reports for management to communicate findings and recommendations
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and cost modeling skills
  • Financial acumen, apply a broad understanding of financial management principles
  • Must be fluent in English – verbal, reading and writing
  • Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time

Minimum Education and Experience Required: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting or Business Administration
  • 5-7 years previous inventory and materials management experience in a multi-site environment
  • Breadth and depth of knowledge in Oracle environment (preferable R12)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel (incl. Pivots/Macros) and PowerBI
