Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Supply Chain Analyst position. This is a remote opportunity.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Analyze purchasing, inventory, material usage, and transportation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization
- Support sourcing and transportation initiatives including cost modeling and optimization
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to track spend, inventory turns, lead times and additional supply chain metrics
- Provide analytical support for logistics and fleet operations as needed, including vehicle utilization, delivery efficiency, and mode optimization
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for supply disruptions, material variances, cost fluctuations
- Partner with materials team to ensure appropriate material levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory
- Prepare presentations and summary reports for management to communicate findings and recommendations
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required:

- Strong analytical, problem solving, and cost modeling skills
- Financial acumen, apply a broad understanding of financial management principles
- Must be fluent in English – verbal, reading and writing
- Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting or Business Administration
- 5-7 years previous inventory and materials management experience in a multi-site environment
- Breadth and depth of knowledge in Oracle environment (preferable R12)
- Strong Microsoft Excel (incl. Pivots/Macros) and PowerBI
