Marketing Designer (Brand & Content)

Reports to: Director of Brand
Location: Houston, TX (On-site at Corporate Office)

Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Designer, a visual storyteller who can bring the All-Pro brand to life through photography, video, and design. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves producing clean, compelling, on-brand content across digital and physical touchpoints. You’ll shape the look and feel of campaigns, manage the photo/video library, and ensure every asset reflects All-Pro’s precision and pride.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for use across web, social, and print.
• Design marketing assets (flyers, tent signs, pull-up banners, digital ads, internal communications) following established brand guidelines.
• Manage asset library, file naming conventions, and version control for brand deliverables.
• Collaborate with Marketing Specialist to pair visuals with campaign strategy.
• Support internal brand requests via the Brand Deliverable Request system—ensuring quality and consistency across all collateral.
• Assist in building and maintaining the All-Pro “internal store” of pre-approved signage and marketing templates.
• Stay current on visual trends in automotive and lifestyle marketing to keep All-Pro’s look fresh and competitive.
• Prepare files for print and coordinate with vendors to ensure color accuracy and material quality.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or brand marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Experience in photo/video capture, lighting, and editing workflows.
• Detail-oriented eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables while maintaining consistency under deadlines.
• Strong organizational habits and adherence to established brand standards.

Preferred

• Experience in automotive, lifestyle, or agency creative work.
• Familiarity with Canva Pro, Frame.io, or other collaborative review tools.
• Basic motion graphics experience (After Effects or similar).
