Assist with loan reviews at branch locations
Answer Loan Policy/Loan Procedures questions and interprets some regulatory issues
Assist with various asset quality projects, including due diligence for acquisitions/mergers
Travel, including overnight, of a fairly significant amount will be required
Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of financial statement analysis, historical cash flow
Understanding of basic loan documents
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
Ability to perform in a highly sensitive environment and deal with confidential matters
Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated
Detail oriented
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality
PREFERRED SKILLS
College degree preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds
