How you will make an impact as a In-House Commercial Electrician:
- Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems under the guidance of senior electrician.
- Support wiring and organization of network closets, cabling, and hi/low-voltage systems.
- Help maintain lighting, power distribution, and equipment wiring throughout the facility.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical and data systems.
- Support IT team with troubleshooting connectivity and cabling issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of wiring, labeling, and system updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Help with other maintenance activities as necessary.
- NH Apprentice or Journeyman Electrician License preferred (or ability to obtain).
- 7+ years of electrical or building maintenance experience.
- In depth knowledge of electrical systems, hi and low-voltage wiring, and Data cabling.
- Demonstrated experience working installing and servicing Commercial electrical distribution systems, fire alarm systems, data and communication systems, and security systems.
- Experience working in the Amoskeag Mills preferred
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn from senior electricians and IT professionals.
- Ability to work safely, follow directions, and manage multiple tasks.
