As part of the CFE team, you'll play a key role in supporting our mission to serve local communities through excellence in agriculture and customer service.

- Manage facility operations, maintenance, and safety compliance
- Lead and develop team members
- Oversee budgets, assets, and fleet logistics
- Drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Representing the company in community events
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of management experience in agriculture or business
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- CDL Class A or ability to complete ELDT certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
