Responsibilities

• Manage      facility operations, maintenance, and safety compliance
• Lead      and develop team members
• Oversee      budgets, assets, and fleet logistics
• Drive      business growth and customer satisfaction
• Representing      the company in community events

Qualifications

• 2–5      years of management experience in agriculture or business
• Bachelor’s      degree or equivalent experience
• CDL      Class A or ability to complete ELDT certification
• Strong      leadership and communication skills
